Our goal is to minimize your downtime, first by focussing on proper maintenance, which translates into energy savings and less major repairs. If you do need repairs, we keep many parts in stock so that you don't have to wait while something's on order. We serve a 250-mile-wide area and can still offer same-day response thanks to our large staff of highly trained technicians. The Storer Equipment Company service team has the best factory support and by far the most experience in the area, with a proven track record over years of service. Through our partnership with Trane, our maintenance team is always up-to-date in their training on the most cutting edge technology. We also understand the importance of protecting the investment you've already made in your equipment, so we aim to improve its life expectancy: If you have 20-year reliability expected on a product, we'll help you use it for 30.

Our Service Department is dedicated to making you, the customer, completely satisfied. We focus on your individual needs, and develop personalized strategies to ensure success. While our technicians are available on an as-needed basis, we recommend signing a Full Service Agreement to get the best deal on your service needs.
