1. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
Visit your local Storer Equipment Company, Trane parts center, to participate in the 2012 promotions and receive additional chances to win. By participating in the promotions, you become eligible for the bi-monthly giveaway. Mailers will be sent out to our registered list. To enter into the In It To Win Giveaway bi-monthly drawing (subject to eligibility), see Rule #3.

Register at www.tranerewards.com. You will be entered one time each time you register online. Limit one prize per entry.
3. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER THE BI-MONTHLY PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING
(SUBJECT TO ELIGIBILITY):
Visit your local Storer Equipment Company, Trane parts center, between January 2, 2012 and December 31, 2012. Fill out a no purchase necessary prize registration form. Bi-monthly prizes will be drawn from the entries received at that store and online registrations tied to that store during the specific period on March 1, 2012, May 1, 2012, July 2, 2012, September 4, 2012, November 1, 2012 and January 2, 2013 at each participating
Trane parts center. Odds of winning the bi-monthly prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Participating locations only.
4. AVAILABLE PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES:
Six bi-monthly prize giveaways (ARV $250-$300 per prize period) at each participating Trane parts center.
5. ELIGIBILITY:
Promotion is open to U.S. and Canada residents only. Residents of Quebec are NOT ELIGIBLE. Employees of Trane and Ingersoll Rand, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, TPC locations, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are NOT ELIGIBLE. Employees of any U.S. or Canadian federal, state or local governmental entity (including school districts) are NOT ELIGIBLE for this promotion. Independent Wholesale Distributor (IWD) are NOT ELIGIBLE. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Winning entries must have complete and accurate information to be eligible. Winners will be notified by mail. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification in which case an alternate winner would be selected. Potential bi-monthly winners must sign and return a Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, and if legally permissible, Publicity Release, within 10 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification in which case an alternate winner would be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail. If, for any reason, including a printing, production, computer or other error, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to Rule #4, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor and its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of any prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any giveaway materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall govern and control.
6. WINNERS LIST:
For the names of the Prize winners, available after March 1, 2013, send a separate, stamped, self-addressed, #10 envelope to: Trane/ IR Prize Winner, 13509 E. Harvest Ln., Peculiar, MO 64078 to be received by March 30, 2013.
